Reflecting on past games (and hearing the local radio guys talking about their favorite all-star game years and how many future hall-of-fame member. Figured this was a great question to ask Sage, via Poe. (Took a little prompt experimentation)
First question, by year, how many hall-of-famers, 1960 to 2010? The radio guys were talking about numbers in the high teens for certain years, so this answer looked right. (Since Hall nominations can only happen five years after a player's final game, any thing after 2010 seems to be inevitably understated, though of course any of these years' totals can go up, too. Not sure where Sage was coming from on the 2010 warning!
